How the job runs.
Step 1

Sanding
Coarse-to-fine sanding passes remove old finish and scratches, leaving a flat, uniform surface for stain.

Stain and seal
Choose a stain that fits your space, then we seal with a durable water-based or oil-based finish.

Polish and cleanup
Final buff, full cleanup, and instructions for when you can walk on and re-furnish the floors.
